You must ensure that you give us your correct email address and that we can respond by email. All order confirmations will be to your email address.
All contracts or agreements between us shall be governed according to English law, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
We will not accept orders from anyone under the age of 18.
We will do everything we can to make sure that the details on this website are correct, although we cannot be held responsible for their accuracy.
We will do our utmost to send your order within 2 working days or receipt of your order. If we are not able to do this, we will email you to let you know what the options are, and you can cancel the order if you want to.
If an item is out of stock or not available we will email you within 2 working days, and if you wish to cancel your order, your order will be cancelled and your money refunded. If in the unlikely event that the ordered items have not arrived within 14 working days and we have not emailed you to inform you that your selection was out of stock, please email sales@tinkx.co.uk.
Postage and Packing UK
Postage and packing is free with Tinkx. This postage and packing covers mainland UK only.
Postage and Packing Non UK
To non UK destinations, postage and packing will be £9.99.
Your payment card will be debited immediately.
None of these terms and conditions will affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Returning Goods
If the goods are faulty they may be replaced with the same, or similar, item(s) if returned within 14 days of receipt in unopened protective packaging. Refunds only given if an item is faulty.
UK Consumer Law provides that Tinkx is not required to replace or refund if:

For hygiene reasons we cannot exchange or refund Items where the packaging has been opened.
